Formandas Sisters Spiritual Exercises

 Novitiate House MSCGPE, Mexico City.

This year our young sisters, or formandas as they are called, performed their annual Spiritual Exercises to renew their vocation and consecration. On this occasion, they had the opportunity to perform the exercises in the Novitiate House in Mexico City.

It was attended by approximately 44 sisters, from which 22 were formandas and 22 were professed sisters with perpetual vows. Among the trainees were Postulants, Novices and some Junioras. R.P. Mauricio Diaz, SM, led the talks and reflections with the theme and objective of reinforcing one's identity as MSCGpe. He took the Constitutions giving this approach, as well as the writings of our Mother Foundress, the Servant of God, Maria Amada del Niño Jesus.

Within the dynamic of the Spiritual Exercises, there was an atmosphere of coexistence and fraternity, and thru prolonged times of prayer and contemplation always nourish by the participation of the sisters and the natural beauty of areas that embellish the Novitiate.

Also at the end of the Exercises, we had the joy of celebrating the birthday of three sisters: Postulant Sister Jeante, Novice Sister Ana Patricia, and Perpetual Vows Professed Sister M. Dolores Flores. Congratulations to all three for another year of life.
